Who runs this website

What this site does

The application does not include analytics, advertising trackers, embedded social feeds or external fonts. It does not request access to your inbox, calendar, phone or contact list. Your checklist choices are processed in your browser.

By default, checklist ticks exist only in the current tab’s memory. If you choose “Remember my progress”, the site saves task identifiers and ticks in local storage on that browser. It does not send them to us. Untick that option or use Reset checklist to remove the saved progress. Your browser settings can also clear site data.

Hosting and ordinary connection data

The hosting provider receives technical information needed to serve the site, such as an IP address, request time and browser information, and may maintain operational or security logs. Preview hosting may also use its own access or session controls. We do not promise anonymous access or control every log retained by a hosting provider.

If you email us

Your email provider and ours process the message. AA2 receives the address and information you send so we can respond to your enquiry, using our legitimate interest in handling correspondence; steps towards a service you request may also apply. We do not add you to a mailing list from an enquiry. We keep correspondence only as needed to deal with it and any related obligations, reviewing it for deletion when no longer needed. Do not send credentials, identity documents or sensitive financial information.

Your choices and rights

You may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable by contacting us. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Following an external link takes you to another organisation, whose privacy notice and controls apply there.
